5. The Penguin Small Business Guide is available by redemption at www.quicken.com.au/promotions using the promotional code STQB1004-1, you must mail a copy of the completed redemption form, original barcode cut from the base of the carton and a copy of your receipt to: QuickBooks Tax Time Promotion 2010, Locked Bag 15 BROADWAY NSW 2007.
6. All redemption forms must be fully completed and received by 23 August 2010. Reckon assumes no responsibility for forms that do not reach it by the closing date e.g by delays in the mail. Postage is borne by customer. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
