 Who is an Accredited Trainer?
An Accredited Trainer has successfully completed the Quicken Accredited Trainer Course in the relevant products. This ensures the trainer knows all features of the software, and equips them in readiness to meet your needs.
Quicken also ensures that each trainer is kept up-to-date with the latest product knowledge. At the conclusion of the Quicken Accredited Trainer Course, each trainer sits an examination to ensure they meet Quicken specific guidelines.
On passing the Accredited Trainer examination, the trainer is awarded the title of "Quicken Accredited Trainer". Upon the release of a new version of Quicken products, the trainers are asked to re-accredit in the relevant product.
What is an Accredited Trainer qualified to train in?
An Accredited Trainer may be qualified in all products or may specialise in a selected few. Please ask your trainer which products they are accredited in.

What can an Accredited Trainer provide?
An Accredited Trainer can provide some or all of the following services:

| Installation and set-up of appropriate Quicken software |
| Tailoring of Quicken software to suit your needs - this includes customising your chart of accounts, taxation preferences and reports |
| Training in the use and application of the software |
| Additional documentation for training if required |
| Ongoing support and monthly reviews of your Quicken software. |
