TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The promotion applies only to customers who upgrade to Quicken Personal Plus or Home & Business 2012 from an earlier version of Quicken Personal Plus, CashBook or Home & Business between 1 November and 31 January 2012 AND who are not registered as customers of Fortnum at the time they purchase the perpetual licence.
2. Customers must install, register and activate the software with Reckon by 14 February 2012, before they can redeem the offer.
3. Details of how to access the bonus Fortnum Financial Health Package will be emailed in the "Offer Email" to the customer once the relevant product is registered, subject to the customer providing a valid email address at time of product registration.
4. To redeem Fortnum's offer to eligible Quicken customers, customers will need to use the link in the Offer Email to sign-up with Fortnum directly. Customers must redeem Fortnum's offer by 28 February 2012. Customers are not under any obligation to purchase any products or services from Fortnum.
5. Customers can access the Fortnum Financial Health Check, Fortnum Knowledge Centre for a period of 12 months from the day they register with Fortnum. Customers will receive 4 Quarterly Investor updates as part of this promotion.
6. No items within this offer are transferable for cash. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. This offer applies only to Australian residents.
8. Reckon reserves the right to terminate this promotion at anytime.
9. Reckon's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion (including eligibility to claim the offer and verification of claims in relation to the purchasing the upgrade) is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
